We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends

- Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
