Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a real estate or related industry.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
