Job Description - We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and business acumen preferably in the Insurance domain to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Perform data analysis profiling and reporting to support business decision-making
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
Translate business requirements into data models and analytical insights
Work closely with stakeholders to identify key KPIs and reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality across reports
Support ad-hoc analysis and drive insights generation
Key Responsibilities

Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
Experience in data visualization and storytelling
Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Insurance / BFSI domain
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks etc.)
