Data Analyst

111 Sign is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to turn production sales and customer data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. This role goes beyond basic reporting analyzing trends across pricing production efficiency inventory and customer behavior to help leadership optimize operations and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production sales and customer data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key business metrics (revenue order volume turnaround time material costs job profitability)
• Perform deep-dive analysis on pricing job costing and production efficiency to support margin improvement
• Partner with operations and production teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven process improvements
• Develop forecasting models for material usage staffing needs and sales trends
• Clean validate and structure data from multiple sources (order management accounting CRM production systems)
• Design and maintain a centralized reporting system/dashboard for leadership visibility
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from sales marketing and executive teams
• Establish data quality standards and help train staff on accurate data entry practices
• Monitor KPIs and flag anomalies or emerging trends proactively

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables advanced formulas macros)
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing data
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Looker or Google Data Studio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
