Position title: Dashboard developer
Location: Charlotte NC
Onsite: 3 days a week starting from day 1 (first day will be onsite)
Contract: 6-18 months
Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire

Must have they need to talk to stakeholders and turn that feedback into the design UX Grafana (preferred since they are using it) or Tableau or PowerBI.
Nice to have: Hadoop and Teradata

- Top Must-Haves:
- Front End Dev in Grafana ideally (also open to PowerBI/Tableau experience)
- System analyst - talking to the stakeholders to understand what they need to create in Grafana. Then being able to turn that feedback into the design. Collaborative. Must have excellent communication.
- UX Designer skills - to help Ryan out creating a broader design language. (said that this must have might have to go. Not finding anyone with it. Wants us to let him know but as long as they have 2 of the 3 he will interview.
- Nice to Haves:
- Awareness of Big Data Platforms like Hadoop & Teradata.
- Know what Yarn/Hive is
