Dandan Noodle Restaurant Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate all FOHareas

• Adhere to Family Style Service.

• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees anddemonstrateresiliency to deal withdifficult situationsin all types of business conditions.

• Responsible for the supervision and performance of the FOH restaurant staff on a shift basis to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction.

• Assistandadviseother departments and company personnel as necessary toassurethe successful performance of the restaurant and the company overall.

• Direct or perform training implementation and follow-through ofall training materials to ensure proper training of staff.

• Review staffing levels daily tomaintainand control costs reflective of business levels to ensuremaximumguest satisfaction.

• Assistmanager with all sanitation and nutrition practices inrestaurantto ensure outlet meets or exceeds said practices and requirements.

• During operating hours coordinate all FOH activities including but not limited to greeting seating of guests dining room service FOH interactions to achieve the best food and service experience for the guests.

• Assistmanagement in staff interviews hiresevaluations and coachingand counseling to develop employees and build a cohesive team in the restaurant that will provide superior service to our guests.

• Assistmanagement inmaintainingcost through proper controls inventory control and ordering as set forth by standards and practices.

• Completes all company-required training within designatedtime frames.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
