Summary
C² Technologies seeks a Performance Management Coaching Course Training and Development Specialist to deliver online coaching-related instruction to DAF civilian learners facilitates applied practice evaluates student performance and supports a responsive learner-centered virtual classroom.
Responsibilities
- Deliver approved synchronous asynchronous and blended coaching curriculum at the undergraduate or military-equivalent level.
- Facilitate discussions exercises coaching practice presentations and other interactive activities in online and when assigned resident environments.
- Maintain lesson plans and approved instructional materials; grade coursework; provide substantive feedback and remediation; and monitor student progress and participation.
- Respond to student questions within one business day and elevate content registration disenrollment or completion issues to the appropriate Government lead.
- Support online office hours webinars virtual-session production completion rosters end-of-course reporting faculty portfolios annual evaluations surveys and Government data requests.
- Apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles to improve delivery and recommend course adjustments based on learner feedback and Government direction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree. A concentration of at least 18 credit hours in Counseling Education Management Human Resources Human Relations Business Administration Public Administration Organizational Leadership or Organizational Behavior is highly desired. A masters degree or higher in a social or behavioral science is also relevant; accepted fields include business management social work marriage and family therapy psychology medicine health and wellness education and law. Transcripts are required for verification.
Experience
- At least two years of undergraduate-level or military-equivalent online teaching using an approved LMS or collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams or Canvas.
Required Certifications & Clearance
- For at least two of the four anticipated positions a recognized coaching certification such as Board Certified Coach or International Coaching Federation certification.
- Certification Exception. By exception and subject to COR review at least five years of documented coaching experience with individuals groups or organizations may be submitted in place of the coaching certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching federal civilian supervisors or leaders
- Skill in facilitating sensitive performance-management discussions
- Experience evaluating applied coaching practice.

Base Salary Range: $50K $100K / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors including the candidates work location relevant experience skillset and contract constraints.
