Summary
C² Technologies seeks a CADP Training and Development Specialist to serve as an online university-level instructor for the DAF Civilian Associate Degree Program. The specialist delivers approved leadership and management curriculum facilitates student learning evaluates performance and supports continuous course improvement in accordance with Air University AETC Global College CLDS and CADP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Teach up to 20 online course sections per year; each section normally lasts 89 weeks and requires up to 10 hours of instructor engagement per week. Manage as many as four concurrent sections when assigned.
- Deliver synchronous asynchronous blended and resident instruction; facilitate discussions exercises presentations workshops micro-learnings and other learning activities.
- Maintain lesson plans and update Government-accessible presentations and instructional materials using approved methods and platforms.
- Grade discussions assessments papers presentations and exercises; apply approved rubrics; and enter substantive qualitative feedback and grades in the LMS within three working days after an assignment is due or the final instructional period as applicable.
- Monitor student participation and progress provide remediation respond to course-related questions within one business day and elevate unresolved concerns to the appropriate Government lead.
- Support online office hours webinars virtual-classroom production course rosters end-of-course reporting curriculum committee meetings annual faculty evaluations faculty portfolios surveys and Government data requests.
- Maintain accurate current course content through Government-directed research and demonstrate knowledge of Air Force ethos civilian personnel leadership management and academic writing expectations.
Requirements
Education
- Masters or doctoral degree in Management Leadership or a related discipline; alternatively a masters degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Management or Leadership.
Experience
- Air Force civilian service or Air Force military experience or completion of Air Force intermediate- or senior-level Professional Military Education.
Required Certifications & Clearance
- Ability to complete the mandatory CADP Faculty Preparation Course and other required CADP- or AETC-specific instructor training.
Tools & Systems
- At least one year of experience using an LMS such as Canvas Blackboard or comparable technology.
- At least one year of synchronous live teaching using Microsoft Teams Zoom Adobe Connect or a comparable collaboration platform.
- At least one year of experience teaching online at the university level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of the locally taught Academic Instructor Course
- Experience teaching adult civilian leaders
- Experience producing or supporting high-enrollment virtual sessions.

Base Salary Range: $50K $100K / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors including the candidates work location relevant experience skillset and contract constraints.
