Job Summary
D365 Finance Lead Consultant responsible for leading implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations including Project Operations. Role focuses on complex multi-entity finance environments core finance module ownership reporting and global rollout support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and optimization of D365 Finance & Operations solutions
Own and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Budgeting and Cash Management
Manage project accounting activities including costing invoicing and revenue recognition
Support financial reporting forecasting and consolidation processes
Lead ISV integrations and support global rollout implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide client-facing leadership
Guide and mentor functional and technical teams
Ensure solution alignment with finance and accounting business requirements
Support design testing and deployment of finance solutions across multiple entities

Experience in large-scale D365 Finance & Operations implementations
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Experience working in multi-entity or global environments
Experience with ISV integrations in D365 ecosystem
Experience in global rollouts of D365 Finance solutions
Strong leadership and team mentorship experience
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
