Cybersecurity Instructor

This is a remote position.

Earlston Academy is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Instructor to join our growing instructor network and lead career-focused cohort-based training.

This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional who wants to share their real-world expertise while helping students develop practical job-ready skills.

• Create and maintain cybersecurity course content and learning materials.
  
• Lead engaging live online sessions for assigned cohorts.
  
• Teach practical industry-relevant cybersecurity concepts.
  
• Develop exercises projects assessments and demonstrations.
  
• Mentor students and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Keep course content current with evolving cybersecurity tools threats and industry practices.

Cybersecurity SOC Network Security Cloud Security Ethical Hacking Penetration Testing Incident Response Digital Forensics GRC Threat Intelligence IAM Security Engineering DevSecOps AI & Cybersecurity

Applicants must submit a short video assessment demonstrating their ability to teach a cybersecurity concept.

• Currently working in cybersecurity or a closely related field.
  
• Relevant current cybersecurity certification(s).
  
• 7 years experience
  
• Demonstrated professional experience in the subject area you teach.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
  
• Experience with training mentoring teaching or presenting is preferred.
  
• Reliable computer webcam microphone and internet connection.
