Position Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support cybersecurity GRC risk management security controls compliance and audit activities. The ideal candidate will have strong cybersecurity experience and excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and support GRC initiatives.
- Evaluate environments against established security controls and identify gaps or risks.
- Support compliance control testing and IT audit activities.
- Document and communicate security findings risks and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity technology and business teams to address security requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience preferably as a Cybersecurity Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of GRC risk assessments security controls compliance and IT audit.
- Ability to evaluate environments against defined security controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Cybersecurity certification required such as CISA CISSP CRISC or another relevant security/risk certification.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred
- Healthcare or Insurance industry experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow is helpful but not mandatory.
