Cyber GRC Transformation Manager
We are seeking a visionary highly technical leader to orchestrate the next generation of our risk and compliance ecosystem. As the Manager of Cybersecurity GRC Transformation you will lead two critical high-impact pillars: driving the business integration of a massive enterprise Archer migration and architecting the evolution of our traditional GRC frameworks into an AI-first program.
Operating within a global organization you will move beyond legacy compliance check-the-box exercises. Instead you will integrate artificial intelligence into our risk lifecycleusing automation LLMs and predictive analytics to scale security assurance at the speed of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Archer Migration: Act as the strategic advisor and business process change expert for migrating legacy enterprise GRC frameworks applications and historical data pool into a modernized optimized Archer ecosystem.
Pivoting to an AI-First GRC Strategy: Revolutionize traditional compliance by implementing automated controls mapping predictive risk modeling and continuous control monitoring via smart automation.
Global Governance for Emerging Tech: Establish cutting-edge governance risk and compliance playbooks.
Transformative Program Delivery: Modernize traditional Cyber assessment and quality programs transforming them into real-time data-driven security assurance models using AI capabilities.
High-Impact Leadership: Direct weekly program stand-ups cross-functional technical tag-ups and champion an agile automated culture across global cyber security and the delivery operations teams.
Core Competencies
Deep technical familiarity with Archer APIs data feeds and third-party platform integrations.
Strong fluency in modern AI security frameworks (e.g. NIST AI RMF OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) paired with traditional frameworks (ISO 27001 SOC 2 NIST CSF).
Change-management mindset with the communication skills required to sell and deliver an automated AI-first compliance culture to traditional stakeholders.
Required Experience
Years of Experience: 8 years in Cybersecurity GRC with 3 years in a senior leadership/management role inside a complex global IT enterprise.
Archer Migration Blueprint: Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide migrations environment upgrades or large-scale architecture overhauls within the Archer GRC platform.
Archer Expertise: Deep hands-on experience designing implementing and optimizing Archer GRC modules (e.g. IT Security Risk Management Third-Party Governance Policy Program Management).
AI & Automation Vision: Demonstrated experience or concrete vision in transitioning traditional manual compliance functions into automated AI-augmented or continuous monitoring paradigms.
Candidates can be based anywhere in the US and can work hybrid from any DXC US office locations.
