Job Summary
About the role:
The CX Delivery Coordinator will act as a liaison between all assigned accounts and coordinating departments as well as the primary point of contact for the client on assigned CX project work providing answers for questions problems and requests raised by the client. Other responsibilities are to ensure that the client receives only the highest quality of product and services in a timely manner and has overall accountability for the management of assigned projects and implementations of new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking project issues providing management reporting and issues resolution tracking as well as maintaining cross-functional business expertise within company. Other responsibilities include project status and communications while establishing and maintaining relationships with all concerned parties. CX Delivery Coordinator work will include support across Retail and CPG clients. This role will be on 8:00am-5:00pm Central time.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role located in Little Rock AR or other designated location with working hours on Central time (8:00am-5:00pm).
Act as the CX Delivery Coordinator for all assigned Retail and CPG accounts serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Ensure total client satisfaction through the timely completion of client CX campaign requests project status updates and issue resolution tracking.
Utilize prepare and maintain appropriate documentation related to campaign requests and project implementations for new and existing clients.
Interface routinely with stakeholders including CX Sales Delivery Product Client Experience IT and other groups in support of CX event campaigns and tag/sign changes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business marketing or similar field from a four-year college or 1 to 3 years related business experience and/or training in client service or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients and other associates.
Diplomatic approach with challenging clients close attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to a fluctuating work/team environment.
Skill in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including PowerPoint Outlook Excel Access Word ERP and retail and client-specific proprietary software.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to react to changes in standard operating procedures make quick decisions and support production/programming staff outside normal working hours for 24/7 operations as needed.
