What Youll Do:
Build and maintain dashboards to validate and visualize People Analytics data
Work with cross-functional HR teams to support strategic initiatives like job leveling headcount forecasting and skills gap
analysis.
Assist in collecting cleaning and analyzing HR data from systems.
Market price jobs using salary survey tools and systems
Assist in composing and updating job descriptions
Partner with Compensation Analysts to develop competitive job offers
Support salary equity reviews in alignment with company policies
Contribute to special projects within the Compensation Team
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and pay-related regulations
What We Are Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Statistics MBA or a related field.
Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and apply HR laws and regulations
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Solid software skills especially in Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
Take a consultative and analytical approach to tasks
