Job Summary

Position: Customs Entry Writer -Import customs clearance and related operations

Location: Atlanta GA 30354 On-site

Work Schedule:Full time Mon-Fri9:00-17:00(Lunch time 30 mins)

JobOverview:

To handle Customs entry operations independently with quality service and high level of performance by overall smooth operation including timely arrangements and great customer service. To contribute our company to maximize the profit by minimize the cost.

Responsibility:

1. Shipment arrangements (to create files ISF filing coordinate with customs broker/customs entry carriers truckers and customers) correctly in timely manner. (65%)

billing in timely manner within 5 days from delivery date includes creating billing sending out process vender invoices. Then collect payments.(20%)

answer importers questions on Customs issues.(10%)

organize information files.(5%)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Computer Skills including Outlook Word Excel typing Web Company Internal system etc.

To follow company rule & standard operation procedure to be able to work independently

Experience and knowledge for overall Air import / Ocean import (FCL LCL) operations Customs Entry from different places to different places different carriers services different terms of arrangements rates AMS FMC ISF.

Strongly Preferred:

Extensive experience in import/export operations and customer service at a logistics company.

Proficient in PC operations (Excel email Cargo Wise internal company systems Web etc.).

Bright communicative and cooperative personality.

Others:

Overtime may be required during busy seasons or emergencies as needed.

Bonus eligibility from the following year.
