Customer Svc Rep requires:
- High school /GED

Duties:
- Answer calls concerning Florida scholarships and grants
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chat and social media.
- Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Handle difficult frustrated or angry customers calmly and professionally.
- Investigate complaints troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Route complex high-priority issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
- Accurately record details of customer interactions transactions and actions taken in internal systems.
