Boeing Distribution Inc.Boeing Global Services Distribution Business is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Supply Chain Manager to join our Order Fulfillment team in Hialeah FL Chandler AZ Enfield CT O Fallon MO or Wichita KS.
Position Responsibilities:
Leading direct employees responsible for order fulfillment order management and ensuring the Distribution Services supply chain value stream is executing and fulfilling customer commitments globally.
Responsible for managing team performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and customer satisfaction metrics.
This role requires significant operational interface with customers on order management & recoveries as well as all the Supply Chain functional teams; Planning Procurement Distribution and Warehousing other functions and customers to enable optimized supply chain value stream performance.
Minimal travel may be required to support customer engagements such as business reviews or customer site visits.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross functional project/program management or format manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.
10 years of experience in customer support for aerospace or other complex industry.
Experience managing complex customer programs
Ability to tailor messages to internal and external customers and across multiple levels of the customers organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
Bachelors Degree Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study or equivalent work experience.
2 years of supervisory experience or team lead experience
Demonstrated leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in managing a team leading people.
Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customers organization capabilities practices support resources preferences problems and other constraints to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.
Skills and ability to: collect organize synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Knowledge of Boeings organizations processes program plans policies and procedures and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.
