Customer Support Specialist

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders handling inquiries coordinating communications and ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to quality and care. Operating remotely from Toronto on a 20-hour per week schedule you will manage support workflows resolve client questions and collaborate closely with our construction management team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Experience in customer service or client support roles

• Clear communication skills for daily interaction with clients and team members

• An organized approach to managing inquiries and tasks independently

The pay rate for this role is CAD 2028 per hour.

In your first months you will have familiarized yourself with our project communications taken ownership of client support channels and established efficient daily routines from your home office. You will have built strong working relationships with the team while delivering dependable support to our clients.
