• Convert inbound leads into customers
• Conduct lawn evaluations
• Recommend treatment programs
• Prepare estimates and follow up on opportunities
• Educate customers and resolve concerns
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications Agriculture Horticulture Plant Science Turfgrass Management or a related field; OR
• Two or more years of successful sales experience in lawn care pest control landscaping irrigation tree & shrub care or another residential home service industry; OR
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
