Your Impact
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Axon you will be the primary post-sales contact for our small-market customers ensuring they maximize the value of their investment. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy customer-focused professional who can partner with clients to enhance their workflows using Axons products.
Location: Candidate to be located in Scottsdale AZ Boston MA or Seattle WA
Reports to: Manager Customer Success
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of customers providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
- Lead training webinars and customer calls ensuring clients are well-equipped to leverage Axons solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of Axons product ecosystem and guide customers through seamless implementation.
- Share industry best practices to proactively address customer needs and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with Axons Support team and other cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer escalations.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years in a customer-facing role preferably in SaaS technology or a related field.
- Salesforce Case experience
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated team-oriented and customer-obsessed with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and writtenalong with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Proven capacity to efficiently manage heavy caseloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
