We are looking for a friendly detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist I to join our Home Medical Equipment & Infusion this role you will be an important connection point between patients providers and care teamshelping ensure timely access to equipment and services that improve quality of life.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and by phone for patients caregivers and healthcare partners
  • Answer incoming calls and provide helpful professional support in a high-volume environment
  • Process referrals and service requests from Case Managers Referral RNs physicians offices ancillary services and other referral sources
  • Coordinate and track orders for Home Medical Equipment & Infusion services to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with patient and order information
  • Support daily office operations and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to a positive team-focused environment that supports patient care

What Were Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • 1 year of related experience preferred (healthcare customer service or office setting)
  • Additional experience with medical terminology data entry or pharmacy processes is a plus
  • Positive attitude teamwork mindset and willingness to learn
