Compensation starting at $21/hr

Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200 Irving TX

Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I you will:

• Manage daily customer communications ensuring every interaction is professional warm and friendly.
• Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries confirming understanding of their needs.
• Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal written and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various systems for reporting and case management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish preferred.
