Job Summary

- Partner with Field Sales Reps to support active opportunities and existing accounts
- Help move deals forward through coordination follow-ups and customer communication
- Assistwith basic design coordination quoting and order readiness
- Support on-site installation follow-up and act as a customer-facing point of contact
- Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers
- Identifyand escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience
- 0-3 years of experiencein sales support customer-facing roles hospitality construction coordination or similar
- Strong organization communication and follow-through skills
- Comfort working on-site with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness totravel regularly within Florida and the Southeast region
- Must bebased in Florida (Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area preferred)
- Interest in building a long-term career infield sales
- Gain hands-on experience across sales operations and customer engagement
- Work directly with customers in dynamic real-world environments
- Be part of a collaborative high-performing team that values accountability and continuous improvement
- Build a clear path toward a Field Sales Representative role
