Are you a driven relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping others while building a successful career We are looking for a driven worker to service our existing customers with excellent attention to detail and an upbeat personality.

This position is a mix of customer service and sales.

What youll do

• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers
• Service customer needs and schedule appointments
• Work with the agency team to meet agency goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to do what is best for the customer the agency and the company
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Cross-sell products to provide comprehensive protection
• Work with new customers to assess their needs and provide quotes to cover their needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and report claims

What were looking for

• Excellent customer service skills
• Recent work experience in customer service retail or sales
• Driven to meet agency goals and the ability to quickly reorganize priorities to accomplish agency goals

Licensing

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. Well support qualified candidates in obtaining the necessary licensing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $38000-$52000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Commission and bonus opportunities
• Health dental and vision insurance available
• 3% retirement plan match
• No nights or weekends office closes at 1pm on Fridays
• Paid vacation
