Customer ServiceAdmin. Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting walk-in customers at the front counter shipping and logistics responsibilities customer data gathering and recording and other front office duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with various office clerical duties including shipping and logistics duties
• Assist customers at the front desk with selecting services to meet their needs interpreting reports sample status etc.
• Set up new customer accounts in system database
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Assist with data entry of customer results
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience (1-2 years) required
• Associates degree (Dairy Nutrition Feed & Forage) preferred
• Must have working experience with excel programs required
