Job Summary

TITLE: Customer Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers by providing account information and resolving questions and issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make new customer welcome calls
  • Take inbound payments
  • Assist customers with general questions by phone email and chat
  • Ensure customer service policy is adhered to
  • Assist customers with payment extensions due date changes and auto pays
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in customer service sales or another related field
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Dependable
