Position Summary: The focus of this position will be to provide exemplary customer service to CHN residents contractors internal and external partners and vendors.
The rate of pay for this position is $19.00 per hour (FLSA Non-Exempt)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service related areas:
- Answering calls from residents contractors technicians and property managers
- Scheduling work orders for technicians contractors and manger inspections
- Communicating with technicians in the field as needed
- Calling residents for appointment reminders and follow-up quality control calls
- Following up on contractor work orders
- Scheduling utility services
- Downloading PMV information and score sheets
- Assisting with subsidy work orders and scheduling
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
Skills:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish English)
- Great computer skills; MS Excel and Word
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA FMLA and other standards.
- Regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA FMLA and other standards.
