HireFrontier is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service / Student Services Representative to serve as a first point of contact for students clients and visitors. This customer-facing role combines customer service student support and administrative coordination in a fast-paced people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone email and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Provide information and support to students regarding services programs and resources
Resolve customer service issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer service system
Assist with scheduling intake forms and general office support
Uphold a welcoming service-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Prior customer service hospitality or student services experience
Experience with CRM or ticketing software
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
