In this role youll join a global leader in packaging machinery and automation solutions supporting customers with spare parts orders quotations invoicing and project documentation. This position combines customer service order processing and administrative support while working closely with both customers and internal teams.
This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. Candidates must reside in or near the Richmond VA area and be available for occasional travel to Whitsett NC for meetings and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process orders quotations invoicing and spare parts requests.
Maintain project documentation and customer records.
Coordinate shipments inventory updates and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of customer service and office experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP and Concur experience are a plus.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside within commuting distance of Richmond VA and be able to travel quarterly to Whitsett NC
