About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the legacy Envirotech business by coordinating and following up on customer orders while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Acting as a critical link between customers sales and internal teams you will help ensure accuracy responsiveness and continuous improvement across the ordertocash process. This is an opportunity to collaborate broadly take ownership and go beyond to ensure our customers needs are met every step of the way.
Essential Job Functions
  • Process and verify customer orders received via email telephone EDI or other channels ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and communicate order changes updates and requirements with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers and the sales team to ensure expectations are clearly understood and fulfilled
  • Proactively manage and resolve orderrelated issues including delays backorders and returns by partnering with crossfunctional teams such as Product Management Quality Transportation and Warehousing
  • Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with customers by delivering consistent highquality service
  • Support the timely resolution of customer complaints and contribute to corrective action plans in collaboration with the Complaints Specialist
  • Maintain accurate customer master data within SAP and provide backup support to the team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school or GED certificate required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics Supply Chain Order Management or a related role
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve supply chainrelated issues
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while effectively collaborating across multiple levels of the organization

Language Requirements

The expected salary range for this role is 21.00-23.50 hourly. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience education training certification location and other jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
