The right candidate will have:
- Customer service experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Customer focused friendly and upbeat
- Detailed oriented exercising active listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Desire to learn develop and surpass expectations
What youll be doing:
- Quickly and professionally answer inbound calls and taking customers orders
- Listen and respond attentively to customers needs
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with team members
- Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations
- Problem solve and provide solutions
