Customer Service Sales Support Coordinator (Onsite – Lincoln, NE)

Vertiv is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln NE (onsite 5 days/week). In this role youll be at the center of the actionsupporting key customer accounts coordinating projects from order to delivery and working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers managing open orders project updates and issue resolution
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from initial order through delivery and completion
• Partner with internal teams including sales operations supply chain and services to ensure projects stay on track
• Build and manage project plans aligning timelines inventory and resources
• Proactively identify risks and drive issue resolution and escalation management
• Support multiple projects simultaneously across various customer sites and applications
• Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in customer service sales support project coordination or operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in a technical manufacturing or engineering-related environment
• Familiarity with order management logistics or supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Teams Outlook)

Education

• High school diploma required
• Bachelors degree preferred
