Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Effectively serve all customer needs and process inquiries in a courteous friendly and timely manner
• Provide all customers with the consistent quality service in accordance with company procedures
• Help meet the needs of customers by offering value-added features and benefits to their accounts
• Manage multiple priorities and complete calls and assigned task in a timely manner
• Provide solutions by offering products and services which improve customer retention and sales

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
• Committed to the values of initiative responsibility caring relationships integrity and innovation
• Basic knowledge of computer technology including Word Excel and e-mail
• Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work evenings weekends and/or holidays as scheduled
