Customer Service & Sales Representative

Pay: $18.00/hour bonus
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week
Location: Dover DE In Office

We are looking for a friendly organized and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service lead generation follow-up and sales support.

• Provide friendly customer service in person by phone and by email.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information.
• Assist with marketing materials promotions and social media.
• Support sales and business development efforts.
• Represent the company at occasional home shows and other events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position primarily working in the office.

Occasional Saturdays may be required for home shows or other events. When a Saturday is required your schedule will be adjusted during the same week to provide time off during the week.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service retail sales marketing or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with customers.
