What Youll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
• Answer calls emails and customer inquiries professionally
• Help coordinate orders appointments and service requests
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent support
• Create a welcoming and positive customer experience

• Learn inside sales and customer relationship management
• Identify opportunities to support sales efforts and business growth
• Assist the sales team with follow-ups lead support and client communication
• Gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales and account management
• Learn the foundations of outside sales and client development

• Maintain organized records CRM systems spreadsheets and reports
• Support day-to-day office operations and team projects
• Coordinate schedules follow-ups and internal communication
• Help improve processes and operational efficiency

What Were Looking For
