Tom Kadlec Kia is looking for a friendly motivated communicator to join our sales support team.

In this role you will work with customers who have contacted us about purchasing a vehicle. You will answer questions continue the conversation by phone text and email and help schedule appointments with our sales team.

This is not a vehicle-sales position and automotive experience is not required. We provide training technology scripts and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

• Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online or by phone
• Build rapport and learn what each customer is looking for
• Answer basic questions and schedule dealership appointments
• Follow up with customers by phone text and email
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Maintain accurate information in our customer-management system
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience

This is a fast-paced position where you will stay engaged speak with many different people and play an important role in helping customers find their next vehicle.

• $18$20 per hour based on experience

Bonuses are earned by helping schedule appointments bringing customers into the dealership and contributing to completed vehicle sales.

As team members become proficient the performance bonuses can significantly increase their total income. Established top performers have earned $50000$70000 annually.
