Key responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets scheduling appointments answering phones maintaining patient records processing payments and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves coordinating with veterinarians and technicians handling administrative tasks and maintaining a clean organized reception area. Candidates must have strong communication organizational and multitasking skills are comfortable working with animals and their owners and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service medical or veterinary office administration and knowledge of veterinary software is preferred.
