• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Return missed calls and follow up with customers
• Contact new leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments - No cold calls!
• Follow up on estimates and outstanding opportunities
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer projects
• Manage and optimize craftsmen schedules to maximize productivity
• Generate sales opportunities through proactive customer communication

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and phone communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using scheduling CRM and office software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Associate degree in business communications administration or a related field
• Experience in customer service scheduling dispatching call center operations or office administration
• Experience in a home services construction or trades-related business
• Sales lead conversion or appointment-setting experience
