Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and operational support to our Crop Insurance division at Silveus Insurance Group including Agents Account Service Representatives (ASRs) and the Director of Processing. This position is responsible for processing policy information maintaining compliance requirements supporting agency operations and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized thrive in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy professionalism and teamwork.

Your Impact:

  • Drive accuracy and efficiency by managing and processing all incoming and outgoing paperwork from local and remote sales agents.

  • Take full ownership of responsibilities consistently delivering high quality work while meeting or exceeding productivity standards.

  • Ensure the integrity and organization of client records by maintaining both hard copy and electronic files in compliance with company policies.

  • Execute precise data entry and timely electronic submission of policy information across multiple systems to meet critical deadlines.

  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with agents clients team members and external partners.

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact by communicating clearly and professionally with Approved Insurance Provider (AIP) partners to resolve policy questions and processing needs.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to obtain a State Insurance License within the first year of employment.

  • Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to support customers and build positive relationships.

  • Experience with data entry customer service software and business applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
