Up to $29.00 per hour

What Youll Do

As a key member of the team youll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service regarding material availability and order status via phone and email
• Coordinate issue resolution between customers and internal departments including Purchasing Contract Administration Finance and Plant Operations
• Support internal sales initiatives and track progress toward customer service and order-related goals
• Create update and maintain reports related to customer issues order activity and sales performance
• Complete order entry and prepare customer quotes as assigned
• Assist with receptionist responsibilities including answering and directing incoming calls
• Demonstrate a willingness to step in and support the team wherever needed
• Deliver professional accurate and timely written communication to customers and internal stakeholders

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Outlook skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated dependable and accountable for achieving goals and results
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Background in customer service sales support purchasing or order management
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
