As we welcome another veterinarian to our medical team and expand into two buildings were looking for one to two Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to help us continue delivering the exceptional care and outstanding client experience our community has come to expect.

Our Client Service Representatives are often the first and last impression of our hospital. Were looking for someone who brings positivity professionalism and a passion for helping others while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What Youll Do
  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer a multi-line phone system and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments across multiple doctors and services
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Process invoices and payments accurately
  • Create and send client communications with strong attention to grammar and detail
  • Make follow-up calls appointment reminders and client outreach
  • Navigate multiple software platforms with confidence
  • Collaborate with veterinarians technicians and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Help maintain an organized positive and efficient front desk

Previous customer service experience is preferred. Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule

Were hiring1-2 Part-Time team members with flexible scheduling.

Typical availability includes:

  • Flexible afternoon/evening shifts during the week
  • 1-2 Saturdays per month
  • No Sundays
  • No holidays

This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation is based on experience communication skills and customer service excellence. Veterinary experience is welcomed but not required.
