The Customer Service Representative supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with inquiries reservations support and general customer service needs.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and online platforms
• Assist clients with travel-related questions and reservation support

• Customer service or client support experience preferred

• Experience in travel hospitality retail or service industries
