Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Providing accurate and detailed information about our services and properties to potential and existing clients

- Assisting clients with property inquiries rental applications and lease agreements

- Coordinating maintenance requests and scheduling repairs with our maintenance team

- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all customer interactions

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance the customer service experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in a real estate or property management setting

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
