We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people solving problems and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone email live chat and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding programs services appointments and community resources.
- Assist clients with scheduling rescheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the company database.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Follow confidentiality and privacy guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client requests.
- Support administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous customer service call center healthcare or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
- Professional empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Experience working in healthcare nonprofit or social service environments.
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and client management software.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
