Job Summary
The client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Explosive Manufacturing Department by managing customer orders maintaining SAP data coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely order fulfillment for Oil & Gas customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and provide administrative support for customer service operations.
- Track and communicate open order status with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Production Buyers and Planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of shipments asset deliveries and invoicing.
- Resolve customer licensing issues and document resolutions in the support database.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in SAP/ERP systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System principles.
Required Qualifications
- 1 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- 1 3 years of SAP experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong administrative and office skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Associate Degree preferred.
