SummaryWe are seeking aCustomer Service Representativeto provide timely and accurate support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B customer service is detail-oriented and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Order Processing:Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailProcess customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillmentProvide order status updates and resolve customer concerns efficientlySales & Vendor Coordination:Assist internal and external sales teams with order entry quote generation and customer requestsPlace maintain and track purchase orders for drop-ship componentsMonitor and expedite purchase orders keeping the team informedBusiness Operations Support:UseERPto perform essential business transactionsWork closely with theAccounting & Office Administrator ManagerandGeneral Managerto provide regular updatesOffer general office support and assist with special projects as assignedQualificationsCustomer Service Experience:Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related role (B2B preferred)Detail-Oriented & Organized:Strong prioritization and multitasking abilitiesCommunication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindsetTech-Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or P21 a plusReliability & Flexibility:Ability to work full-time (M-F 8 AM - 5 PM) and adapt to evolving business needs
