Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries handling communications via telephone email and other digital platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our tax audit and advisory services.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally escalating complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy in our CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client account management and support.
- Uphold the firms commitment to confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
- Gather client feedback to help us continuously improve our service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Previous experience within a professional services or financial services environment is advantageous but not required.
