As the first point of contact for our clients you will set the tone for our hospitals commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is poised compassionate and able to manage multiple priorities with grace. You will handle client communications appointment coordination and administrative tasks that ensure the seamless operation of our hospital.At Eldorado Animal Clinic we are building a team of driven compassionate and motivated individuals who want more than just a front desk job. We are looking for a polished and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes initiative and genuinely wants to grow within veterinary medicine.

What You Bring to the Team
Experience in customer service (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative
Confidence working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professionalism reliability and attention to detail
Comfort with computers and learning new systems
A desire to grow learn and potentially cross-train into veterinary support roles
Compassion for both pets and the people who love them
What Youll Be Doing
Creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
Answering phones scheduling appointments and managing client communication
Supporting smooth daily hospital operations alongside veterinary teams
Maintaining accurate records and handling payments efficiently
Helping problem-solveclient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Jumping in where needed and supporting the team during busy times
Learning veterinary workflows and expanding your skill set over time
