Customer Service Representative

Tom Wood Aviation in Indianapolis IN is searching for a part-time Customer Service Representativeto be the firstpoint of contact for our this role you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provideexcellent customer service in all customer contact situations ensuring a positive experience for every client.

• Assistcustomers withinquiries service requests and reservationsmaintainingclear and professional communication at all times.

• Resolve any issues withprofessionalismand efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver top-notch customer service that fosters long-term customer loyalty and contributes to increased profitability.

• Coordinate withcolleaguesfor accounting and invoicing.

• Aviation knowledge isextremelyhelpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail in processing orders invoicing and maintaining accurate records

• Experienceproviding outstanding customer service byshowcasingexpertise fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction

• Effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic

• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.

• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to workcollaborativelyin a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals

• MUST HAVE-Valid drivers license with clean driving record
