• Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening a positive demeanor and attention to the homes needs.
• Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into sales appointments.
• Follow-up on open opportunities to maximize schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products policies and services of the organization.
• Schedule sales appointments product installations and/or service appointments with both customers and Window World team.
• Resolve customer concerns and direct issues by determining cause facilitating a resolution and timely following up with customers.
• Accurately create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions into CRM.

• Customer service or office experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and people skills with willingness to make follow-up calls with customers.
• Friendly positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated goal oriented and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using computers scheduling systems and email.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week.
